Donald Trump Signals He Has F— U— Money and Will Spend It

No candidate has ever run a presidential campaign ad during the World Series the year before the election. This is not, as Democrats might claim, some sort of defensive strategy. No, this is F-U money. We will see if more Democrats vote against impeachment today than Republicans vote for it. Donald Trump is signaling he has money to burn and the Democrats do not. He intends to use what they can't.

The ad President Trump showed during the World Series last night was actually a well done, well produced ad for the nation’s Commander-in-Chief.

It is also unprecedented.

He intends to use what they can’t.

On top of that, Trump will start early and not only define himself, but define the Democrats. The ad was a signal and a strong one for those paying attention. Among those paying attention, as Washington’s team played Texas’s team, were a lot of Republican senators on the ballot in 2020.
