The White House has confirmed President Donald Trump will address the 400th celebration of representative government in Jamestown, Virginia, this Tuesday.

This event will be held near Williamsburg, VA. It’s hosted by the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation as part of their “American Evolution” celebration.

The premise of the event is:

This anniversary marks 400 years since the establishment of Virginia’s General Assembly, the oldest contiguous legislative body in the New World. The Commonwealth celebrated 400 years back in 2007.

Those not in attendance: Governor Ralph “Coonman” Northam and Virginia Democrat leaders from the General Assembly.

Those who’ll be in attendance, along with President Trump and Virginia Republican leaders: Lieutenant Governor Justin Fairfax (D-VA) and some Democrat members.

Good on them for transcending above partisan politics to celebrating the birth of representative government and Virginia leading the way on this front.

Shame on Virginia Democrats for dividing our state with their endless shenanigans and blatant hypocrisy.
