Democrats and the Press Are No Braver Than Republicans on Racial Issues

Oh wow. Democrats decided to call out that man for his mean and nasty tweet. How brave of them! The mediagasm and respect is just overwhelming. They are so brave. That Speaker of the House stood up and violated the rules of the House to call Trump a racist.

Yeah. He was from the party opposite. They’d have never done that with their own side.

Look at just how few Democrats are willing to actually walk away from Louis Farrakhan. Look at how many of then patently refused to condemn Ilhan Omar’s anti-Semitic remarks. Look at how many of them tried, with the help of the media no less, to make Omar’s statements about Republicans pouncing.

They were brave because it was the party opposite. Republicans did nothing because Trump is one of their own. The media pounced because the media is a tool of the Democratic Party and would have defended Trump till death if he had a D next to his name.

Let’s be really, really, really clear here — a lot (though not all) of the very reporters calling President Trump a racist and patting themselves on the back for their own personal bravery would have been apologists and shills for a Democrat making anti-Semitic remarks and it is not a hypothetical because it has happened in just the past few months.

Their bravery is partisan. They don’t care about right from wrong. That’s why none of us should treat this more seriously than polling that shows Republican support for Trump increased after his tweet. It’s because everybody is tribal and the GOP has the President’s back in the same way the press has Pelosi’s back because the press is part of the Democratic Party.
