Buttigieg repeats a tired lie

Just like a good leftist, he thinks Stacey Abrams had an election stolen.

As evidenced from the past three years, anytime a Democrat loses an election they are “supposed” to win, that election was stolen from them. The list includes the most unlikeable presidential candidate of all time in Hillary Clinton and more recently, failed Georgia gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams.

Now it seems as if every Democrat hopeful for 2020 has to repeat the same lie that Abrams had the election stolen from her by way of “voter suppression”.

Mayor Pete Buttigieg is the latest of a long string of candidates bowing down to the intersectional left. As he stated at a campaign event (h/t Politico):

“When racially motivated voter suppression is permitted, when districts are drawn so that politicians get to choose their voters instead of the other way around, when money is allowed to outvote people in this country, we cannot truly say we live in a democracy”.

As it has been proven time and time again, Abrams lost the race fair and square, not by some nefarious Republican out to suppress the African-American voter in Georgia. But she still believes, and continues to spout, this very lie.

Buttigieg is trying to diversity his voter base. RealClearPolitics has him polling at just shy of 7%, solid numbers for the large field the Democrats currently have. But that 7% is a far cry from Biden’s 33%. Buttigieg is desperate to expand his campaign and now he believes that he has to repeat a lie just to get people to favor him in the presidential race.

And let’s not forget Stacey Abrams. Instead of stepping away from the limelight, the Democratic party continues to hold her up as a successful candidate. She even discussed a possible White House run. Well, she didn’t win. But listen to Democrats and Pete Buttigieg and you might think they sound like a Scooby-Doo villain: They would have gotten away with it if it hadn’t been for those meddling Republicans. Word of advice Pete: Stick to the truth, people don’t like liars.
