Rashida Tlaib Follows Viciously Anti-Semitic Instagram Account

by James Silberman Read Profile arrow_right_alt

Rep. Rashida Tlaib’s official Instagram account follows a page which depicts Jews as rats, accuses Jews of perpetrating the 9-11 attacks, compares Israel to Nazi Germany, and portrays Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu sucking the blood of Palestinian children, among other horrifically anti-Semitic posts. The story was first reported by Ashley Rae Goldenberg at the Capital Research Center.

Some of the below images from Instagram user free.palestine.1948, the account followed by Tlaib, are very disturbing.

Jewish-controlled media conspiracy theories are popular among anti-Semites and has been spread by free.palestine.1948 on multiple occasions.

In another post, free.palestine.1948 made the wild and cartoonishly strange accusation that Israel’s Supreme Court is connected with prominent Jewish people around the world as part of an Occult conspiracy.

Here, the account accuses Netanyahu of practicing “chaos magic” to conquer the “Gentile world.”

In this post, free.palestine.1948 claims Israel was reestablished because nobody wanted Jewish people in their country.

On two occasions, free.palestine.1948 compared Israel to the Nazis.

9-11 conspiracy theories are prominent on the page which has numerous posts accusing Jewish people of orchestrating the attack.

Along with accusing them of being behind Al Qaeda, free.palestine.1948 also compared Israel to ISIS.

Since her election to Congress in 2018, Tlaib has given Jewish people reason to worry on numerous occasions. Abbas Hamideh was invited to Tlaib’s swearing in ceremony and a private dinner afterwards. Hamideh is an outspoken supporter of the terrorist group Hezbollah and thinks Israeli “Zionist terrorist” Jews should return to Poland because “Israel does not have a right to exist.”

As of January, Tlaib was a member of a Facebook group called “Palestinian American Congress.” Maher Abdel-qader, one of Tlaib’s most prominent fundraisers, frequently shared anti-Semitic conspiracy theories in the group including accusations that Jewish people clandestinely control the media and exaggerate the Holocaust.

In 2006, Tlaib wrote an article for Final Call, a publication run by Louis Farrakhan of the Nation of Islam. Farrakhan is arguably the most notorious anti-Semite in the country. Farrakhan has repeatedly praised Adolf Hitler. His latest attack on Jewish people entailed referring to them as “termites.”

Tlaib and Rep. Ilhan Omar, who has spent her short time in Congress thus far spreading anti-Semitic conspiracy theories, are scheduled to speak at a fundraiser banquet for the Center for American-Islamic Relations (CAIR). CAIR was listed by the US Department of Justice as a co-conspirator in the largest terrorism financing case in history.
