Democrats have been missing the nuances on the abortion debate for some time. And sadly it seems many voters have missed the radical position Democrats have taken on the issue over the last decade.
The party no longer even pretends to believe “safe, legal and rare”. The new mantra is “free, on-demand, throughout pregnancy, without apology”. They deliberately block safeguarding the health of women by requiring medical staff to have hospital admitting privileges. The orthopedic surgeon who does arthroscopic knee surgery in an outpatient clinic does. An abortionist doesn’t.
They oppose making birth control over the counter. This would make it cheaper and more accessible. Even the medical community endorses this idea. But Democrats and the abortion lobby to not. For reference, the bill to make it over the counter was submitted in 2015 by Cory Gardner. A Republican from Colorado.
But Democrats and their allies in the abortion industry object. Even though Plan B an abortifacient (the morning after pill) is available over the counter.
It is also shown in poll after poll that the majority of Americans, approximately two-thirds, want to see restrictions on the abortion procedure. Generally, the preference is sometime between 12 and 20 weeks of pregnancy. Yet, Democrats and their abortion zealot donors were able to position a Republican bill to limit the procedure at 20 weeks except in cases related to rape, incest or health of the mother as “radical”.
The lies they tell about the industry, how much money clinics actually make from the abortion procedure and why women actually seek them are numerous. Two movies are trying to expose this. Gosnell, directed by Nick Searcy is now available on Amazon. Unplanned, the story of Planned Parenthood Clinic Director turned pro-life activist Abby Johnson, will hit theaters March 29th.
However, in response to the abortion bill in New York and the debate in Virginia, Steven Crowder released this last night. It is 12 minutes long and difficult to watch:
The best clue you are doing something horrific might be when you have to ban phones, purses and personal effects from your waiting room to prevent anyone from finding out what goes on inside your clinic.
After watching last night I struggled not to judge Patient X. I followed the example set by Crowder and his team and prayed she had changed her mind and her baby was safe at home. We will never know.
However, the clinic staff who want to shut these women up and Dr. Warren Hern are another story. They are garbage human beings who should be prosecuted for murder. I have to believe they will stand before our maker for judgment.
Also, we need another way to describe people who are personally opposed to abortion, find it amoral and want restrictions placed on the procedure. Some who feel this way identify as Pro-choice likely on the “safe, legal and rare” philosophy. We need to welcome them to the Pro-Life movement to stop this abomination. We can argue about the endgame later.
Identifying as Pro-choice at this point means politicians and representatives may assume what is going on in the video is okay with you. If it isn’t, please speak up and do it loudly. You can’t let them assume it is.
A new Gallup survey found that 43% of Americans believe socialism would be a good thing, compared to 51% of those polled who believe socialism would be a bad thing. The survey spoke to 1,024 adults, a …
