Progressive Life: Kill’em In The Womb, Or Let Measles Take The Children

We are all outraged about what Virginia Gov. (Dr.) Northam said about letting a single doctor and a recalcitrant mom-to-be decide to execute her baby up to the point where the first cry is heard (or muffled by scissors to the brain stem). But Oregon has, since 1969, been the “gold standard” in baby-killing for profit. In fact, the only laws the state that’s home to the least religious city in the U.S. (Portland) have passed regarding abortion is to make it more accessible, and to force insurers to pay for it.

There’s also another thing the largely-godless, progressive northwest has given us besides lots of abortions, homeless people, closed restaurants making more people jobless and homeless, income inequality caused by punishing corporate taxes, and all the wonderful benefits of Progressive Life.

Howard Schultz. I jest, I jest. (Sort of.)

Another thing the Pacific Northwest has given us is a resurgence in benighted childhood disease. Health officials in the Northwest are begging parents to vaccinate their children.

Clark County, Washington, has a vaccination rate of 78 percent, well below the level necessary to protect those with compromised immune systems or who can’t get vaccinated because of medical issues or because they are too young.

AP News, January 28, 2019

A measles outbreak in modern America, where measles has been largely eradicated for over 50 years? There’s no excuse for this, none. And it’s endangering children around the nation, because diseases like measles don’t go away when “eradicated.” They simply don’t bother humans who are vaccinated against it. But when earthy-crunchy, progressive parents who eschew straws, eat tofu, and avoid GMO (there’s nothing inherently wrong with those things, just don’t force everyone else to join you) also believe that vaccines cause autism or other health issues, we have a large, progressive problem.

Three cases of measles, the first since 2015, have been confirmed in Georgia. Those parents didn’t vaccinate their kids and now the kids have measles. Not every kid vaccinated against measles is actually immune–there has to be a “herd immunity” to prevent the active form of the virus from spreading. Unfortunately, the only way to know if your vaccinated kid will get it or not is for him or her to be exposed to it. Which means that unvaccinated kids are a danger to everyone.

But this is one of the many benefits of Progressive Life: death, suffering, disease, abortion without conscience. But they do it with the conscience-salving knowledge that at least the billionaires like Howard Schultz will share equally in their squalor.

This is why I will never, ever, vote for a Democrat. And you shouldn’t either.
