Tom Cotton: Normally, I Can Ignore ‘Bitter, Vulgar, Incoherent Ramblings’ of Harry Reid… Not Today. WATCH:

In a mic-drop worthy speech on the Senate floor, Tom Cotton ripped Harry Reid for grinding the Senate to a halt over the defense bill. He opened by saying, “In the mornings I am forced to listen to the bitter, vulgar, incoherent ramblings of the minority leader”.  Cotton concluded his speech by saying, “the happy by-product of fewer days left in the Senate is that this institution will be cursed less with his cancerous leadership.”
